i must get rid of my anger.

yap i must do that.

recently i feel that my anger does not only kill me but also other people in my surrounding. i think it becomes more serious and honestly i am afraid of having this short-tempered problem. i dunno it’s so ezy for me to yell at everyone whenever he does imperfect thing or small mistakes. honestly, i dont like that part of being me when it happens, that’s pathetic.

is it because of my tasks at office? or because of personal problems?

or probably both. then take a deep breath and project happy things the anger will surely be gone……………amieen
